Responsible

  • Provide technical consultation and design solutions for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including productivity, collaboration, and security services.
  • Work closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and propose modern workplace solutions that are scalable and cost-effective.
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) for M365 and Google Workspace solutions.
  • Design and recommend appropriate licensing models, including cost optimization and subscription planning for customers.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOM, SOW, and RFP/RFQ responses related to M365 and Google Workspace solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide technical advisory, solution positioning, and best practices.
  • Implement, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments (e.g., user management, policies, security settings).
  • Manage and support tenant administration, identity management, and access control (e.g., Azure AD / Google Admin).
  • Support migration and onboarding projects (e.g., email, collaboration tools, data migration).
  • Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and provide post-sales support and optimization for customer environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in cloud services, IT infrastructure, or modern workplace solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience in presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of licensing models for M365 and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD / Google Identity) and security best practices.
  • Experience in email migration, collaboration tools, and SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, and support teams.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required with ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
  • Fluent in Thai with good communication skills in English.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace are preferred.
